Aetiology:
Bronchiectasis - Congenital or acquired
Bronchogenic cyst - recurrent infections
Broncho-oesophageal fistula - ie neoplastic
Bronchopulmonary sequestration - recurrent infections
Local bronchial narrowing:
* Intraluminal - broncholith, foreign body
* Endobronchial - neoplasm
* Peribronchial - lymph nodes, mediastinal mass
